Positive: The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was generally good, normal.
Negative: The access road is unpaved, which makes access very difficult. When we arrived and checked in, they gave us a room that was already occupied! They had problems with the key cards to open the rooms. So much so that one day when we came back from a walk, we went to our room and it was wide open! The phone didn't work, and we had no way to call the front desk. One night we had the misfortune of having noisy neighbors whom we could not report due to the lack of phone. There were no instructions for operating the safe, and we had to get two employees to fix it. We were struck by how dirty the fabrics on the furniture were in general (reception, pool, etc.). Even the fabrics on the beach tents were torn. There was only one elevator for the rooms. The quality of the pillows on the beds was very poor. The air conditioning control did not work. The internet signal was not good.
Summary: Sorry to leave these comments about the hotel, but it is Radisson that is to blame, not the staff.
